Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or 1+ years of experience in beverage processing plants
- Knowledge of mixing, filtration, and sanitation processes.
- Basic understanding of quality control and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverage syrup according to standard recipes and batch sizes
- Keep proper record of ingredients (sugar, concentrates, acids, etc.)
- Operate and monitor syrup preparation equipment (mixers, tanks, pumps, filters, pasteurizer etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of syrup room, tanks, and pipelines
- Maintain proper log book records of batch preparation, CIP’s, product release etc
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures at all times.
- Conduct CIP of all equipment’s (tanks, pipe lines, filler, pasteurizer etc.)
- Coordinate with filler/utility operators for smooth operation
