Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
1+ years of experience in a beverage / FMCG / food processing industry.
Strong technical knowledge of bottling and utility equipment.
Good leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all production, utility, and maintenance activities during the shift.
Monitor machine performance and attend to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Ensure smooth operation of utility systems like boiler, compressor, chiller, and water treatment.
Maintain daily logs of production, maintenance, and energy consumption.
Enforce safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout the shift.
Communicate and hand over complete shift reports and pending tasks to the next shift.
