  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Management from a recognized university.
  • More than 2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, tendering & negotiations, vendor management, contracts/pricing strategy.
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

  • Review forecasts, RMPM stock, and order plans; coordinate LC/TT payments with Banks and Accounts.
  • Coordinate local suppliers, issue POs, negotiate/check prices and terms, and ensure timely delivery of factory and office requirements.
  • Verify quantities and COAs, coordinate GRNs, and maintain accurate records for received materials and payments.
  • Monitor factory stock and material requirements, coordinating with Factory, Accounts, and Marketing teams to maintain healthy inventory.
  • Manage quotations, samples, customs/food permits, documentation, and timely delivery of spare parts, marketing materials, and other local purchases.
